Returns & Exchanges
- You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, with original packaging and accessories).
- Prescription lenses are non-refundable, but frame-only purchases or defective lenses can be exchanged.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Defective or Incorrect Orders
- If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
- We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
How to Start a Return
- Email us at info@spectopiaoptics.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide return instructions and shipping details.
- Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.
Additional Notes
- We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping service.
- Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
- Prescription errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information are not eligible for free remakes or refunds.
