Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your new glasses! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. 

 

Returns & Exchanges 

  • You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. 
  • To be eligible for a return: 
    • The item must be in its original condition (unused, undamaged, with original packaging and accessories). 
    • Prescription lenses are non-refundable, but frame-only purchases or defective lenses can be exchanged. 
    • Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective. 

 

Refunds 

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If approved: 
    • Refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. 
    • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect. 

 

Defective or Incorrect Orders 

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. 
  • We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs. 

 

How to Start a Return 

  1. Email us at info@spectopiaoptics.com with your order number and reason for return. 
  2. We will provide return instructions and shipping details. 
  3. Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange. 

 

Additional Notes 

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Please use a trackable shipping service. 
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable. 
  • Prescription errors caused by incorrect customer-provided information are not eligible for free remakes or refunds.
